November 3, 2026 General Election. Built by DFW Noise from Tarrant County Elections' own public records — updated every morning.
Cindy Stormer's campaign ad for Tarrant County Criminal District Court Judge, Court No. 1, walks through the county's jail lawsuit payouts — another $800,000 approved, a $750,000 payout, and a $1.2 million settlement for the mother whose baby died after she gave birth alone in the Tarrant County Jail — and makes her case: a former police officer and elected district attorney who oversaw the Mental Health Division at the Dallas DA's office. Type a candidate's name — or a race, like “commissioner precinct 4” or “congressional district 12” — to see their precincts on the map, how many ballots have been cast there so far, how those voters leaned in the March primary, and the voting location nearest you.
March 2026 primary history — voters in this district who have cast ballots so far
Bars: ballots received each day (mail in navy; in-person in red once early voting starts). Line: running total. Mail ballots arrive for weeks before early voting opens, so the mail line starts early — that's a head start, not a one-day surge.
Cumulative in-person early votes by day of early voting. 2022 (dashed) is the last midterm: 389,285 in-person early votes over 12 days. In-person voting in 2026 starts Monday, October 19 — the 2026 line appears after Day 1. Totals describe what has happened so far; they are not a forecast.
Each early voter is matched to the county's March 3, 2026 primary roster, so we can show which primary the people who have already voted took part in this spring. This is primary participation history, not how anyone voted in November — it cannot show that. Texas primaries are open, primary voters can cross over in November, and many general-election voters never vote in a primary. “Did not vote in the March primary” includes newly registered voters, general-election-only voters, and people who moved here after March.
Matching the same early voters to the March 5, 2024 primary roster shows how primary participation shifted between the last two primary cycles. This is still primary participation history — which party's primary ballot a voter pulled in an open-primary state — not how anyone voted in a general election, which no record can show.
Built by DFW Noise from Tarrant County Elections public records: the county's daily absentee totals and ballot-by-mail roster, and (once early voting starts) its daily in-person totals and roster, published each morning for the previous day. District and precinct figures are aggregates of the published rosters — totals only; no individual voters are named. Primary-history figures match those rosters to the county's March 3, 2026 primary roster by voter ID and report only aggregate counts of which primary each early voter participated in; the crossover figures match the same voters to the county's March 5, 2024 primary roster the same way. Precinct boundaries: Texas Legislative Council 2026 precinct shapefile. 2022 comparison: the county's 2022 daily totals report. One honest quirk: the county's daily report counts one more received mail ballot than its published roster lists — headline mail totals use the county's daily report, district/precinct figures use the roster.
